Ki Society Aikido
Aikido is a defensive Japanese martial art.  Aikido's goal is to remove aggression from situations.  The power of Aikido comes from centering, relaxing and extending "Ki" energy rather than physical size and strength.

Kidding Around Yoga 
Kids today live in a fast paced world. Pressure from school, extra curricular activities, peers and the hustle and bustle of everyday life can quickly wear down on a child's inner peace and joy. Some of the benefits of (KAY) include: improved posture, strength and coordination and breathing practices can help with allergy and asthmatic symptoms. Plus the sense of play allow kids to let loose, be silly and have fun. Min. 10-Max. 20  Instructor: Tam Prejusa 

Preschool Indoor Playground
Visit our magical indoor playground every Tuesday year-round, where it's never rainy, snowing or too hot.  Inflatable bouncers, Little Tyke riding toys and more!  Special activities included near the holidays.  Parents must supervise their own children during playground time. 9:30am-11:30am; Ages 5 & under; 
$2 per child/per day or punch card available for 10 visits at $10.

StageBound Musical Theatre
Let you inner light shine! A musical theater program designed to bring out the performer in all students. Classes culminate in a performance on December 6. 

Act I & II  
This class combines students in 1st thru 8th grade but focuses individually on each child;s growth. Come join us for this hour long, non-stop class full of entertainment fun. Students will work on dances from musical theater show, ding songs and work on their acting technique.

Act III      
Time to Shine! Act III is for high school students that have the acting bug! This class is for the seasoned performer wanting to gain the edge in their performance technique, as well as for students just beginning to explore the joys of theater. Students delve into making choices, creating more developed characters and reaching new heights in their performance technique. All these help grow the student as a triple threat performer. Students will also work on audition technique. Fore those looking to continue with a theater degree in college this class is perfect.

About the instructor:  Artistic Director, Megan Case has been choreographing and teaching in Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City for the past 19 years.  She is an award winning and sought out teacher known for the story telling in her choreography.
