Belly Dance Workout
Overview
Looking for a workout that is non-impact, yet fun!  Shimmy your way to a better body.  Many of the moves involve isolations, which improves flexibility of the torso and strengthening of the abdominal muscles, while burning fat.  Wear loose fitting clothing and be ready to sweat!   Min. 5-Max. 12 Instructor: Tanya Weaver
