Hatha Yoga
Overview
Hatha Yoga is the ancient technique of stretching with deep breathing to tone & shape joints and muscles-a total body workout, practiced by any fitness level.  You will find new energy levels and improve strength, flexibility & balance using some pilates & Tai Chi moves.  Men and women are welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.   Min. 6-Max. 25 Instructor: Theresa Goodman
