Tai Chi
Originally developed as a self-defense technique, Tai Chi has evolved into a gentle form of exercise that has benefits in stress reduction, improving flexibility, and balance. With gentle flowing but controlled movements, each posture gracefully transitions to the next while maintaining low impact.
