Twisting Dragons/Walking Meditation
Overview
This powerful Chinese martial art features dynamic swirling movements that have been said to resemble "two dragons chasing each other from the heavens to the ocean floor."  This practice stretches the body like standing yoga.  The movements massage the interan organs, improves circulation of blood, fluids and body energy.  Wear loose fitting clothing (active wear) and clean comfortable shoes.  Min. 4-Max. 20  Instructor:  Jimmy Betts
