Looking for a new and different type of workout? Belly dancing is now a popular trend in exercise! In this class you’ll get a total body workout. You’ll raise your heart rate, burn fat, and tone your muscles. Combine movements and combinations to dance away your worries! We believe that a workout should be fun! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. No previous dance exercise required. Bring water and be ready to sweat!
