In this beginning belly dance techniques class, you'll learn the foundations of this ethnic dance form and get some great exercise. Belly dance is an excellent exercise for flexibility, strength, endurance, and weight loss, and is appropriate for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes! Please wear comfortable clothes that will allow for ease of movement. Come join us for creative movement and exercise and upbeat setting!
