Learn many different breathing techniques, healing poses, and meditation. Instructor will teach and combine Hatha Yoga, with some Pilates, Tai Chi, and relaxation. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and increase energy levels. This class is for both men and women of all ages and all levels of fitness. Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.
