This class blends vinyasa yoga, which is an active, flowing style of yoga, with other styles rooted in the hatha tradition. We focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Along with the poses, we also learn breathing techniques and calming meditations. This class is open to men and women of all ages and all elvels of fitness. . Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.
