Season Pass Fees
ID cards will be scanned at the cashier's desk prior to admission. All "new" season passes include the cost of photo ID cards. If your ID becomes damaged or lost, there is a $5.00 replacement charge.
ID cards will be scanned for admission to the aquatic center. You must have your Merriam Parks & Recreation photo ID to enter the facility, the copy of your receipt will not be accepted as your pool pass.

*Limit of six members per non-resident household may be included on season pass. If your household has more than six members, you may purchase additional single passes at a discount fee of $20 each, or pay the daily guest fee.

*Limit of five household members per Super Pass; additional members above the limit are $5.00 each. To qualify for non-resident Super Pass, you must have been a Merriam Season Pass holder in 2008 and 2009.

For variety in your summer swim experience, take advantage of the Super Pass add-on option and be able to visit the outdoor pools provided by our Johnson County cities of Prairie Village, Mission, Fairway, Roeland Park and Leawodd. A special sticker will be affixed to your Merriam Aquatic Center ID card which will allow you to visit the other pools as often as you like at no extra charge.
How do I buy a "NEW" Season Pass?
Season passes are sold at the Irene B. French Community
Center, 5701 Merriam Drive. Season passes are not sold at the aquatic center. You must bring proof of Merriam residency to qualify for resident rates. Photo identification cards will be created for each member on your season pass. You will need to have your picture taken and ID created prior to visiting the aquatic center.
How do I "RENEW" my 2009 Season Pass?
We now offer 2 convenient options to renew your 2009
season pass. If you purchased a 2009 season pass you have
the option to renew by phone, or in person at the Irene B.
French Community Center. Phone and walk-in renewals are
accepted during the following hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-
7:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-3:00pm, Sunday 1:30pm-4:00pm. Note
that our office will be closed on Saturday, May 15th (Turkey
Creek Festival); Monday, May 24th (Memorial Day; and Sunday, July 4th (Independence Day).
When renewing your season pass we will be updating your
ID cards. If you need new or replacement cards there will
be a $5.00 charge per card. You will need to visit the community
center to have your “new” or “replacement” ID card created
prior to visiting the pool.

5550 to renew your season pass. Please have your credit card
and 2008 ID cards ready prior to calling. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, or Discover. Please plan in advance, you will need
to allow 24 hours for ID card to be activated prior to using the
pool.

Merriam Drive. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card.
Office hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-7:30pm; Friday, 8:30am - 4pm; Saturday 8am-3pm;
Sunday 1:30pm-4pm.
Season Pass Definitions:
Household: More than one person living in the same residence. Proof of address is required. Group home residents must purchase single memberships.
Non-Merriam residents are limited to 6 persons on a household season pass. Proof of address is required for all persons age 18 and over who will be included on the pass. Additional household members may purchase a discounted pass for $20.00. Verification of address will be required for all persons age 18 and over who are applying for a season pass.
Babysitters and relatives who are not living in your household will need to purchase their own passes, or may go as your guest and pay the daily fee.
Merriam Resident: A person whose permanent residency is within Merriam city limits . Verification of household address is required to qualify for resident rates. *Proof of residency includes: valid photo drivers license or two pieces of ID that illustrate your Merriam address such as utility bill, lease agreement, or voter registration card.
