She is a member of the National Wu Shu Deomonstration Team and a bronze medallist in Chinese National Games (Tai Chi Swoard). She instructs both the Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi. |

Her other certifications include: AFAA Senior Fitness, Arthritis Foundation's PACE instructor, YogaFitR Level I Yoga instructor, and STOTT Pilates mat instructor. She is also an instructor with the SilverSneakersR Fitness Program. |
