Registration for the 2012 season will begin after the 1st of the year for new vendors. Previous vendors have until January 31st to submit an application and fee to secure their stall/s. Thereafter, new vendors will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

The Marketplace is an award-winning, community event pavilion located at 5740 Merriam Drive, in the heart of the downtown Merriam historic district. Plenty of paved parking, restrooms, drinking fountain, and park benches are provided for your shopping convenience.
The Marketplace is home to many special events and programs, including:
- Community Garage Sale, April 28, 2012, 7:00am-1:00pm
- Merriam Farmers' Market, Saturdays- 7:00am-1:00pm
- Flags 4 Freedom - Patriotic Flag Display
- Music @ the Marketplace Summer Concert Series on Friday nights (June & July)
- Turkey Creek Car & Motorcycle Show, September 8, 2012 (Farmers' Market will be across the street at the Irene B. French Community Center for this day only, and then go back to the marketplace as usual.)
- Mayor's Holiday Tree Lighting
