The marketplace is available for community, corporate, and private group rental, when not occupied by the farmers' market. Call Merriam Parks and Recreation at (913) 322-5550 for further information on rentals.
The Marketplace can be rented between April 15 through November 15. Restrooms available from May 1 - October 1. 156 Parking stalls (36 around pavilion); bridge connecting to Streamway Park Trail; playground equipment across the street at the Community Center; additional electrical hookups for concessions to hold your festive event.
During Farmers' Market season, Saturdays will only be available from 4pm to 10pm.
Half-day: 8am - 2pm or 3pm - 10pm
Full-day: 8am - 10pm
Resident Half Day: $65.00
Resident Full Day: $110.00
Non-Resident Half Day: $85.00
Non-Resident Full Day: $120.00
Commercial Half Day: $100.00
Commercial Full Day: $150.00
