This class is geared towards beginners. You will learn the basic techniques of belly dance. Belly dance is an excellent exercise for flexibility, strength, edurance and weight loss. It is appropriate for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Min. 6 - Max. 12.
