Opening day is postponed until May 23. 

7 - 8 a.m. will be reserved for at risk shoppers. 

Vendors will be more spread out and shoppers are asked to practice physical distancing.

Become a Vendor!

The award winning Merriam Farmers' Market is now accepting vendor applications for the 2020 season.
If you are interested in participating in the becoming a vendor or part of our marketplace entertainment,  contact Ingrid Berg or call at 913-322-5550.
Merriam has one of the most beautiful, covered facilities in the metropolitan area. 
For shoppers and vendors:
  • Located in the downtown Merriam historic district 
  • Free, close, and convenient parking
  • FREE live entertainment and family-fun activities
  • A market supervisor on duty each Saturday
  • Beautiful park-like environment with access to the Turkey Creek Streamway Trail and Werner Park
  • 36 covered vendor spaces with access to electricity
  • Convenient access from 1-35 and Johnson and Merriam Drive 
  • Restroom facilities
From Interstate-35, take the Johnson Drive exit and head west. Go over the railroad tracks, and take a right on to Merriam Drive. Go approximately three blocks north on Merriam Drive and the Marketplace pavilion will be on your left.
