High Intensity Interval Training

Monday/Wednesday - 11:30 a.m. - noon
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a fat-burning, high-energy workout where you give 100% effort mentally and physically through quick, challenging bursts of exercises. You'll get a full-body workout: cardio, abs, upper body, lower body, and strength training. Get the most out of your day and burn an intense amount of calories in a short amount of time!
