Cardio Kickboxing

At this time due to COVID-19 we are having participants sign up for the whole session of classes and will not be accepting any Drop-in's for classes.
Tuesday/Thursday - 6 - 7 a.m.
This group fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges beginner and elite athletes alike. Increase stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
