Jessica Persson, a certified health coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, will guide you in incremental, achievable steps toward improving your family’s wellness, focusing on Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Start Program (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition). Learn the basics of macronutrients, traffic light eating, nutrition label reading, and much more.
