The Fitness Center has a variety of equipment help you achieve your fitness goals. It fills 5,000 square-feet at the MCC, and includes a walking track circling over the gymnasium. 

If you are new to the gym or interested in learning more about how to use the fitness equipment, we can help! Ask any fitness attendant on duty how to safely and effectively use the strength and cardio machines.

Any person age 16 or older can use the space with the purchase of a membership or day pass. Youth ages 12-15 must complete a free Youth Fitness Orientation before using the Fitness Center.
