MCC COVID-19 Safety Measures
The health and safety of our Merriam Community Center patrons and staff continue to be our top priority.
We encourage you to wash your hands often or use our hand-sanitizing stations throughout our facility.
Our staff will wear face masks when interacting with the public indoors when not protected by a safety partition as well as in office spaces where social distancing is not possible
According to CDC guidelines, any person unvaccinated is required to wear a mask indoors in public. For fully vaccinated people, it is strongly recommended to wear a mask indoors in public, to maximize protection from the Delta Variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others if in an area of substantial or high transmission.
We will frequently clean and disinfect our building and sanitize high-touch areas.
This is our COVID-19 plan as of now, but we’ll make any necessary changes as we evaluate the community center. Please check back regularly for policy updates.
