The City of Merriam Public Works Department is seeking a seasonal maintenance worker. Main responsibilities will include mowing, landscape maintenance, concrete work, utility locates, and other maintenance functions as necessary in the Public Works Department. Anticipated season will run from May until early September.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Closing Date: Open until filled
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities;
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time;
- A valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record;
- Must be 17 years of age.
