Garage Sale Permits

Each person holding a garage sale within the City of Merriam should obtain a permit from the City's administrative office at City Hall.

• There is no charge for the permit. 
• The permit must be posted on the premises where it can be seen from the street.
• Permits will not be issued more than twice during any twelve (12) month period to the same person or household. 
• Garage sales may not last longer than seven (7) consecutive days.
