City Offers Tree Limb Drop-Off Following Overnight Storm

Strong storms moved through the metro early this morning, leaving downed tree limbs and branches across the area. Merriam Public Works crews worked through the morning to clear debris from streets. 

To help residents manage the cleanup, the City is offering a tree limb drop-off at Merriam Public Works over the next three days.

Storm Debris Tree Limb Drop-Off

  • When: July 9 - 11 
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. each day
  • Where: Merriam Public Works, 6901 Knox St.
  • Who: Merriam residents only — proof of residency required 

The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation as crews continue storm cleanup efforts, and thanks its Public Works team for their quick response in keeping the community safe.
