City's Residential Grant Applications Now Open

Now's the time to apply for a City grant!

Merriam City Councilmembers are investing more than $635,000 in grant and rebate programs this year, including:

  • Residential Exterior Home Improvement Grant
  • Residential Sustainability 
  • Residential Property Tax Rebate (opens Feb. 5)
  • Franchise Fee Rebate (opens Feb. 1)
  • Rental and Utility Assistance

Some grant and rebate programs are income-based. Learn more about these programs and how to apply.
