City's Property Tax Rebate Applications Open Monday

Merriam residents can apply for the Residential Property Tax Rebate starting Monday, Feb. 5.

The rebate helps reduce the tax burden on income-qualified Merriam households by returning the city's portion of property taxes collected.

Qualified residents also must:

  • Be current on all Merriam property taxes.
  • Own and live in the home where requesting the rebate.
  • Have no code violations.
