Be part of Merriam’s newest public art project!
You’re invited to a community painting party at the Merriam Community Center. Join us Saturday, August 30, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. in the Campbell room.
You’ll help the Milagros Collective paint thousands of 3D shapes they’ve created from recycled paper and concrete. These shapes will be installed in the interior stairwell, transforming into colorful circles at the top of the mural.
No experience is needed – you won't be painting directly on the walls! Drop in anytime, grab a brush, and add your touch of color to this vibrant community artwork!
