Quail Creek Street Improvements Public Open House

The Quail Creek street improvement project is scheduled to begin in June 2026.

This project includes: 

• Stormwater system improvements, including pipe lining or replacement.
• Curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramp replacement where needed.
• Street pavement reconstruction: Because the current asphalt layer is very thin, crews cannot simply grind off the top layer and put new asphalt down. Instead, they will remove all the old pavement and rebuild the street from the ground up. This includes adding a stronger cement‑treated base and then placing a new asphalt surface on top to create a longer‑lasting street.
