Check your mailboxes! Within the next two weeks, hundreds of randomly selected Merriam residents and all business owners will receive an important survey in the mail.
Merriam staff uses the survey to gather feedback on City programs and services and assess citizen satisfaction. The survey helps City leaders determine the community’s priorities and how the City should spend taxpayer dollars.
Not every household will receive a survey. For those who get one, the time you invest will guide decisions made about our City’s future.
The government research firm ETC Institute will analyze the data. It will send the City a final report later this spring, and we’ll post the complete report online.
