Fitness Ju Jutsu
Learn Ju Jitsu basics while losing weight! This class gives you a full-body workout as you work on ground techniques, takedowns, control positions, and submissions. Taught by a 25-year martial arts veteran, the class is beginner-friendly and noncompetitive. The uniform (GI) costs $55 and will be paid to the instructor the first day of class.
